Teacher and Principal Training and Recruitment - Title II
The Title II program is used to increase the academic achievement of all students by helping schools and districts (1) improve teacher and principal quality through professional development and other activities and (2) ensure all teachers are highly qualified. These funds focus on strategies for recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining highly qualified teachers and principals.

AVID was the focus of 2022-23 Professional Development. Several opportunities for staff and administrators were scheduled throughout the summer for specific ADVID training ending with sites reviewing and collaborating on establishing site-specific goals and implementations.
