Summer Programs

Corning Elementary School District is once again offering nine weeks of full-day enrichment programs FREE! Register your incoming Kindergarteners – incoming 8th graders for a summer of fun!!
Important Information

Important Information

  • Each Program offered is FREE
  • Each Program offered is for enrolled Corning Elementary incoming Kindergarten – incoming 8th-grade students (unless otherwise specified)
  • No SERRF programs on June 21, July 4 & 5
  • Each Program has a separate registration link
  • Kids can be registered for all programs or just the programs they are interested in
  • Limited transportation is available for SERRF and EDMO. No transportation is provided for the Extended Care Program or Music Camp.
  • Breakfast and Lunch are provided for both SERRF and EDMO
  • Don’t wait to register - Kids will have a fantastic time!

Summer SERRF - Expanding Horizons

SERRF has amazing and fun learning, enrichment, and recreational activities planned for the first 5 weeks of Summer!  Once again, students enrolled in Summer SERRF will have an opportunity to run the American Ninja Warrior course (June 17-20). also planned are special guests each Wednesday between 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.  
 
  • Open to incoming Kindergarten to incoming 8th-grade West Street, Olive View, Rancho Tehama, and Woodson Students
  • June 11 – July 12, 2024  (Holidays June 21, July 4 & 5)
  • 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • Monday – Friday

CUESD Summer Music Camp

CUESD Summer Music Camp

CUESD Teacher Miss Flora will again offer a summer music camp for 5th - 8th graders.  Music camp will be from 2:30 - 5:30 p.m.  The June classes will be held at Olive View, and the July/August classes will be at West Street.

July 22 - July 26:  Violin & Viola
July 29 - August 2: Cello & Upright Bass

Get ready for the ultimate summer adventure with EDMO. We are happy to have Camp EDMO return for another summer of providing Corning Elementary students with summer camp experience with games, songs, skits, and themes like digital art and animation, coding, engineering, story-making, chemistry, and much more.

Angie Miller Basketball Camp

Angie Miller Basketball Camp

Corning Elementary students will have an amazing time learning basketball fundamentals from Angie Miller, Basketball Coach.  This camp is free to enrolled CUESD students.  All camps are held at Maywood/DaVinci Middle School Gym.

PAL SummerProgram (Extended Care Program)

Join PAL Mentoring for nine weeks of fun, making new friends, and learning new skills.  Monday - Friday 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. June 11 - August 9. (no program June 21, July 4 & 5)
 
Students who are registered for either SERRF and/or EDMO, as well as PAL, will be escorted to the PAL program by staff each day.  Registration is required.  Remember that individual registration is required for each program.
 
  • Open to Incoming Kindergarten - 8th-grade students (All Corning Elementary Schools)
  • Students do not have to be registered for SERRF or EDMO to attend PAL
  • June 11 - August 9 (no program June 21, July 4 & 5)
