Board Agendas

CUESD uses Agenda Online to publish monthly Board Agendas and Minutes. 

Past Agendas become a combined agenda with minutes once the Board has approved the minutes.

Regular Board meeting:  72 hours

Special Board meeting:  24 hours

Board Meeting and Agenda information

Board Meetings are normally held the second Wednesday of each month, with the exception of July (no regular meetings scheduled) and months where either a planned school break or a national holiday fall on the second Wednesday.

Regular Board Meetings COVID 19 Brown Act Changes

Due to COVID 19 Brown Act changes (Executive Order N-25-20), public comment will be accepted via PUBLIC COMMENT FORM FOR REGULAR BOARD MEETINGS for Agendized and Unagendized items on Regular Board Meeting agendas between the Saturday, 9:00 a.m. and Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. prior to a scheduled Regular School Board Meeting.   

 

Special Board Meeting COVID 19 Brown Act Changes

Due to COVID 19 Brown Act changes (Executive Order N-25-20), Public comment will be accepted via PUBLIC COMMENT FORM FOR SPECIAL BOARD MEETINGS for five (5) hours from the posting of Special Board Meeting Agendas on agendized items only.  No public comments can be accepted for unagendized items during a Special Board meetings pursuant to Brown Act.

 

No action or discussion shall be undertaken on any item not appearing on the posted agenda, except that a member of a legislative body may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed by persons exercising their public testimony rights under Section 54954.3. In addition, on their own initiative, or in clarification, or provide a request to staff to report back to the body at a subsequent meeting concerning any matter. Furthermore, a member of a legislative body, or the body itself, may take action to direct staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda.
